We will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective product, provided that you return it in the same state in which you received it. Returns MUST be received within 10 days of the shipping date of your order. We will gladly issue to you a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the item.
Magazines are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues.
If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all, you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item(shipping not included) and charge a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the item. Each product is individually made.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges in your order email are estimates. We estimated the cost to ship to Zone 8 from Cleveland. Prior to charging you, we weigh the box and determine the EXACT SHIPMENT COST for your location. That amount will be charged to your credit card the day it is shipped.
